I literally go here every single day. I tip 20 percent every single time and try hard to be flexible with wait times, wrong drink etc.After today I will drive past this Starbucks and an extra 10 mikes just to never give this location my business.I ordered 2 drinks via mobile order. Went through the drive through and got my drinks. Once I got the frap I immediately knew it was wrong, it has coffee. The worker insisted it did not so I took his word for it. They were slow and literally had one other customer.Had a sip and nope, coffee! I bring it back in and the guy tries to convince me I am wrong! Like what I see and taste are not there! Gaslighting!He sits and argues with me like I really am...
I absolutely love this place! They're popping up all over. I can get two drinks for the price of one, which is fantastic. My go-to order is an Americano with extra room; I add just a centimeter of cream to it, and it tastes almost like a latte, but at a lower cost. This is a brand new location, and it's been needed here for years. The previous competition held it down for too long. Now, I can go shopping and enjoy my favorite drink. The shop is very clean, modern, and has plenty of comfortable seating. I also appreciated the introduction of the app, and they made sure to prepare my order ahead of time when I arrived.
Friendly Staff and good drinks. The only thing I dislike is, I went there one time at 6am before work they were closed. Even though they say they open at 5:30am.The next time I go there, I asked one of the staff what time they open, she said that due to short staff sometimes they aren't open at the time it says on Google and to be safe to come at 7am. Which doesn't help me since I start work at that time. So it was a little disappointing that you don't know if you can rely on their times.Otherwise, any other time they are decent and make great drinks.
I ordered coffee at the drive-thru, but when I brought it into my car, the lid popped off, causing burns to my hands and spilling coffee all over the seat. The barista blamed me for the incident and didn’t offer any assistance. Eventually, they provided a few napkins. I've been getting coffee from drive-thrus for decades, and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I was informed that Starbucks recently switched to a new lid design, and that this issue has been happening to other customers as well.

Very, very few people at this location are trained well. Either that or they don't listen/don't care. This is the closest Starbuck's to where I live and I can honestly say that over half of the drinks I've ordered from here have been made wrong. Also, I've seen the entire staff get turned over at least two times in less than a year. Pretty sure management/corporate is to blame, but they won't learn their lesson until you stop giving this location your business.
I don’t understand why, with seven people working, it takes so long to prepare a simple two-drink order. Only two staff members were at the drive-thru and two inside, and the wait was absurd. I really don’t enjoy waiting 20 minutes while they seem to be doing next to nothing. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.
This location is fantastic. The baristas are highly efficient, exceptionally knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere is open, with plenty of seating that creates a welcoming vibe. It’s the ideal spot for studying, working, or catching up with an old friend.
I'm not a tea or coffee drinker, so I usually get a bottle of some kind of juice. The biggest negative for me is that the music is too loud. Hard to converse.

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest staff. They are very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues that arise.
