I came by at around 9:40 PM tonight. When I tried the front door, the right side of the door had been deadlocked but the left side hadn 't been locked properly. I assumed this meant they had tried to lock up for the night but had messed up. Google said they should have been open until 10 but I know that 's not always accurate, so I thought nothing of it, and turned around to leave. But as I was walking back to my car, I realized that they might not be aware that they didn 't close up properly. I 've worked retail before and I know how often people forget to lock (or unlock) the other side of double doors like these, and I know not locking up properly can cost people their jobs. Me and my fiancé came to this Starbucks through the drive through and we weren't too sure on how to order a specific coffee we had wanted to try... so we attempted to say how it was pronounced and the lady over the intercom asked us next time to simply come inside... ok well that's just ridiculous we didn't really have any time to come inside and nobody was behind us.. she told us to pull forward and we showed her the picture/receipt of the coffee we had wanted to try, after saying she would make us the coffee she had asked us if we didn't mind coming inside and picking it up inside. UM?????? I've never had this type of service at ANY Starbucks. Very disappointed.
Best Starbucks in the area! I will drive out of my way to this location even though the one at 59 Irving is more convenient, that location is so SLOW the drinks are very inconsistent. Funny how we will let other things in our day slide but if our coffee order is fucked up.... Whoa not happening! Service drinks are fantastic here, Barista Julie is such a doll...was looking for a new espresso concoction she mixed up a sample drink for me to try while I waited for my order. Both drinks, as always were absolute perfection! Drive through outdoor seating available too
Most of the staff here are just rude. Zero acknowledgment when you walk in to get your mobile order even after making eye contact. A simple I 'll be with you in a moment would be nice. When you do get your drink they never say thank you, so I thank them and they say ... nothing. Not to mention when you lift your cup that 's suppose to be no foam you can sense how light it is. 1/3 is empty. If you 're going to discount my drink I had better get a discount on price. Poor customer service.

This Starbucks hired a company to come out and dump nests still actively full of babies. We sat and watched as the guy dumped nest after nest, and even dropped multiple babies on the ground. When asked, the employees lied and said that they didn't hire the company when they in fact did. We won't be using this Starbucks again. They could have waited 2 weeks and no babies would have been harmed.
Service is hit or miss dependent on the staff. Have had some great service at this location and have had some very poor service from the AM crew. My guess is staff rotates as students leave for college, start school, etc. My momma always said, Baristas are like a box of chocolates. You never know what your gonna get.
Stopped in today to have coffee with a friend. Starbucks had hired a company to get all of the nest with baby birds out of their letters. They were thrown into a garbage bag and thrown away. Some were simply thrown out of the nest and driven over.
You can't beat it! Wow! What a great morning! I come here and the line is backed up. I go inside nobody! Quickest service for coffee. Plus a bunch of guys out front are handing out Country Donuts, this is my Summer jam spot!!

We went to many coffee stores and didn't write any review but I need to write for this one. The store was typical as the other Starbucks stores. The only difference is the staffs need to be more friendlier.
Excellent. People are very friendly and really seem to care about their customers. Interaction is genuine!
