Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! We all have bad days and I?ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side, how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I wouldn?t mind waiting as long as I know my drink will be worth it! Perhaps some re-training would be beneficial to the store and it?s employees.

Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. We were really impressed by how she mixed the dark caramel in the cold foam and she was so kind and personable at the window!! Such a great experience all thanks to G!!!!!!

I came to this Starbucks for another coffee because the previous one I got from the Lawrenceville location tasted like water. The person behind the register was extremely nice and gave me a new coffee on the house (plus an egg thing! . That was extremely nice to make up for a different locations shortcoming, and really brightened my morning.

I order from here all the time. But lately the service and the drinks have been terrible. Today I ordered salted Carmel cream cold brew along with other items. The coffee was terrible and made wrong? it?s so easy to make. I brought it back and they made it even worse!!!!! So disappointed

Starbucks is always a hectic environment. The staff at this location still somehow are cordial and courteous. I've never gotten an incorrect order. And both the drivethru and interior are always open.
