I receive my order accurately about 95% of the time. They run out of delivery items or coffee, like nitro, more frequently than other Starbucks in the area. The parking lot is often overcrowded since it is shared with Rich's grocery store, and the drivers here can be quite reckless. The owner appears to treat the employees well, and I've noticed that a few baristas, like Josh, have been here for a while. For these reasons, I prefer to support this location.
I'm not sure what the low-star reviews are based on, as my experiences at this place have always been fantastic. I tend to come in quite frequently in the mornings, around 5 o'clock, and I've been a regular for years without any issues. Perhaps some people have had problems with the staff; I have noticed that Starbucks sometimes hires a mix of personalities.
I visited this Starbucks the other day and ordered a Mocha Frappuccino at the drive-thru. Dayanara served me, and she was absolutely lovely—sweet, professional, and with a bright smile on her face! My drink was perfect; I will definitely be back! Thank you, Dayanara!
