I would have had a much harsher review if it weren't for the outstanding customer service. I ordered an English Breakfast latte through the drive-thru but ended up with an Earl Grey latte. By the time I got home and noticed the mistake, I decided to calmly drive back to let the barista know about the mix-up. I hoped it would help them be more careful in the future and differentiate between an English Breakfast latte and a London Fog. The staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly exchanged my drink without any fuss. They didn’t question what was in my cup or inspect it, which I really appreciated. This review could have been quite negative, but their exceptional customer service changed my experience completely. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an English Breakfast latte, but ended up with an Earl Grey latte instead. When I got home and discovered the mistake, I returned calmly to inform the barista, hoping to raise awareness about the difference between an English Breakfast latte and a London Fog. The staff was incredibly accommodating; they promptly exchanged my drink for the correct London Fog without any fuss or questioning. What I really appreciated was their friendly demeanor—I encountered no resistance or endless questions. Overall, the service was outstanding!

11/9/22 8:55am who is in charge of this place?! There is no reason why the girl at the drive thru window should be giving me attitude when I asked to have more chai concentrate added to my iced ?chai? latte that was all milk ice. I hate this location with all my heart. Absolutely never coming here again. They lack EVERYTHING. This is the worse Starbucks. I always want to give them chances because they?re the only one in Bell but it?s awful here. Wait time are INSANE. Go to Maywood if you can. The drive thru always moves at a reasonable pace. This location will have you waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru.

I would rate this place a -5 if I could. My nephew wanted to grab some Starbucks, which he saw on TikTok. When he placed his order, the guy named Anthony had such an attitude! I thought it would be a good experience for him to practice his people skills, but Anthony actually had the nerve to ask, “Are you done?” Seriously? The service is very slow. I placed a mobile order, and it took 25 minutes to receive it. I decided to give them another chance since they were quite busy during my first visit, so I thought it wouldn't take too long this time. I was mistaken. It took 30 minutes to get my mobile order again, and there weren't many customers this time.

My cousins prefer to hang out here instead of at my place, and every time they come over, they have to wait a really long time. That's why I'm only giving it three stars!

One of my favorite drinks at this restaurant is the pineapple lemonade. It's absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing!
