I was treated very poorly by the staff and manager at Starbucks At Downtown Disney West Side. I simply asked for hot water to be added to my triple shot, which I have ordered many times before at locations in Bozeman, Seattle, Edmonton, Calgary, Denver, Vancouver, and Orlando without any problems. Despite ordering nearly $20 worth of drinks, the staff acted upset over my request for just $0.50 worth of hot water and treated me like a thief. The service was extremely disappointing. The menu itself is fine, but the staff’s attitude really ruined the experience. Service rating: 1.
