I had an amazing experience with the service at this restaurant. I had placed a mobile order for pick-up on one of their free cup days, and the place was really busy. I couldn't wait any longer than the 20 minutes I already had, as I was running late for work. So, I decided to call and talk to Erica. She graciously offered to let me come in another day and assured me that they would honor my order for free. True to her word, they did exactly that.
Fantastic location near the 71 freeway, right by Smart & Final, Rite Aid, and Chase Bank. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My order was prepared exactly as I wanted. I especially appreciate the employees who show up for work at 5:30 am on Sundays. They not only serve customers but do so with a cheerful attitude. Bravo!
I stopped by for a quick drink and asked an employee named Allison for help with a question about my Starbucks app. She was very polite and showed me how to transfer funds between gift cards on my account. As always, the customer service was outstanding.
Despite being busy, the staff were very friendly and worked well together as a team. I highly recommend trying the coffee cake and asking for it to be warmed up. Reserva una mesa ahora
