As they prepared my coffee, another employee nearby was telling stories filled with every profanity imaginable, which made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When they finally handed me my mocha, I double-checked if it was a double, and the employee asked, "What does that mean?" Seriously?! They didn't even know what they were making! The quality at Starbucks has definitely declined, and with so many other options available, I’m not willing to deal with this level of incompetence. It was such a disappointment.
The Irish Cream Cold Brew and Peppermint Mocha during the holiday season are fantastic! The coffee here is consistently great and even better than the other Starbucks located outside on the opposite side of the mall. The staff is friendly and relaxed. There’s a short wait time and a cool atmosphere inside Target. Plus, behind the staff area, there’s additional seating with a long bench and tables that looked very clean.
The staff at this Starbucks stole the Stanley x Starbucks cups. Many people were waiting outside before 8 AM, the doors opened at 8, and then they claimed they never received the shipment. When I returned later, they said the cups were already sold out immediately. It was a complete waste of everyone's time. Check the security cameras—your employees took them.

I understand that it's a busy place, but messing up my order twice and making me wait a total of 40 minutes for three cups of cappuccino is simply unacceptable.
The posted hours are from 8am to 9pm, but when I arrived at 8:30pm today, I was told they were closed. The hours should be updated to reflect closing at 8:30pm.
90% ice 10% lemonade if you want at drink refresher this not recommended is just ice. Food: 1 Service: 1
