This Starbucks is very nice and clean, and the employees are incredibly cheerful and friendly. They greet you warmly when you arrive and are eager to answer any questions you have, which I really appreciate. The eye contact they maintain is a nice touch. I work just around the corner, and one day, a colleague and I ordered around 20 different drinks, each customized to individual preferences. The staff was more than happy to accommodate all our requests and quickly addressed any mistakes we might have made. It's clear that they are skilled at what they do and genuinely enjoy their work. I’ve been coming here for a few months since they opened back up and they have always done a good job with my coffee and keeping up with orders. One day, I came in but was running a little late and they were super busy. I mobile ordered my coffee like normal but I didn’t have time to wait. I had to leave and I left without my coffee which made for a hard day. The next day I came in and they had my coffee, a Starbucks card with $4, and an apology for me not getting my coffee. I thought it was really sweet that they remembered me and that I didn’t get my coffee. Thank you starbucks crew for the sweet gesture.
They prepare an incredible double shot on ice! I often struggle to find this drink at other places, but the quality here at this Starbucks is outstanding. Jen made my drink, and her attention to detail was clear. She provided excellent customer service and had a warm smile throughout the process. I truly appreciate her efforts and believe she did a fantastic job!
Such a cute little Starbucks. You can relax outside at one of the tables, so quite peaceful. Alex was AMAZING. He was sooo sweet helping me go over the ingredients in a few drinks to match my new dietary needs. He has such great energy, he brightened my day.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I paid $7 for a frappuccino, and they messed it up twice. On top of that, the three staff members were unprofessional and seemed to be falling asleep.
At this location, it always takes an eternity to get a drink, which is really frustrating. It seems like they are aware of the issue and are doing it intentionally.
I ordered a cappuccino, but all I received was milk—there was no coffee in it at all! This place really needs to improve.
Don't come here unless you want to hang out. Took too long for just a black coffee... the restroom was nice though.
