Inflated Prices. I ordered my usual vanilla latte from Starbucks, but I was charged for every extra pump of vanilla and classic syrup. A venti latte ended up costing me $9. I get this drink every day, so I know how much it should cost and what’s included. Paying an additional $4 for one extra pump of flavor is outrageous. It’s frustrating when people who are misinformed work for a company, especially when they’re in a grocery store. If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would have gone somewhere else. i never ever give reviews but this has to be the worst Starbucks i have ever been to, i went there a few times and the older male behind the counter is the rudest guy i have probably ever met. He always has an attitude and has a problem with everything. the first few times he was rude i let it slide but i cant deal with him being rude anymore. he either needs to get fired or take the Starbucks there down completely. Worst costumer service of my life and i even work at Starbucks near the Columbia area and the way he treats costumers, i would've got fired immediately

The older male barista was absolutely atrocious. He had no regard for the customers waiting and was unnecessarily rude. He had an exceptionally unprofessional manner of speaking and made my experience at this Starbucks awful. This guy needs to get a life. The other barista was clearly uncomfortable in his presence, I won't be surprised if there's to more to his unprofessionalism. This guy needs to be fired (and get a life).
New Person Kinda just a person looking for a part time job which provides outstanding hospitality.I love the Frappuccino and the cold drinks Starbucks has.
