Starbucks Coffee - Reserva de mesa

This is easily the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff member, Avira, was rude and unfriendly. She seemed very impatient and barely paid attention to my order. She even got annoyed when I took a moment to decide what I wanted. What happened to providing good customer service? It's disappointing that young employees aren't trained in basic courtesy. I definitely won't return to this location. If I could give it half a star, I would.

I've never had a positive experience ordering from this location, whether through their mobile app or for delivery. A delivery driver mentioned that delivery orders seem to be a low priority for the baristas. While some of the staff are friendly, others come off as quite unfriendly. It's a stark contrast to my experiences at the nearby Soldiers Field Rd and Trapelo locations. I will likely stick with those in the future.

Don't try to use your coupons for free beverage here. They will pretend to scan it and then charge your Starbucks account anyhow. They will also proceed to mess up your order, more often than not my order is incorrect when I go to this particular location.

Friendly staff, clean store, but if you order at the counter, be prepared to wait much longer than normal as the staff furiously fills complicated mobile orders for people yet to arrive even when the store is mostly empty. Reserva una mesa ahora

5/5, will buy from this location every day if they re-open. Unlike the hateful boomer who will die soon because he couldn't get a cup of coffee. As a non-class traitor, I hope these folks all the best!

The coffee was great, but the area for cream and sugar was dirty and there were no napkins available. Additionally, the music was quite too loud.

Starbucks locations in the USA are definitely more impressive than those in Europe! The atmosphere is great, and the staff are very friendly!
