Im going to try and keep this short but sweet. I had a surgery that was botched that completely destroyed my life. Im malnourished, my weight went from 279lbs down to 78 lbs in a very short period of time and because i was so malnourished with nomeat on my bones i now have nerve damage in my hands and arms, The only thing i found to help put a little weight on, put meaton my bones and stop the malnourishment and nerve damage is a venti caramel ribbon crunch with 4 extra shots of espresso, extracaramel drizzel, extra caramel crunchies, 8 scopps of java chips and two pumps of rasberry sauce and extra ice... a regularventi frapp is normally $5.95 i believe....this drink costs me almost $12 each...
The only thing I've found that helps me gain some weight, restore my health, and alleviate the nerve damage is a venti caramel ribbon crunch with additional ingredients: four extra shots of espresso, extra caramel drizzle, extra caramel crunchies, eight scoops of java chips, two pumps of raspberry sauce, and extra ice. While a regular venti frappuccino generally costs around $5.95, this custom drink ends up costing me nearly $12 each. I’m visiting a friend in Santa Clarita Valley, and she lives near this Starbucks. I usually order a venti iced oat milk latte with four shots made with blonde espresso, but they consistently get it wrong. I’ve learned not to expect my drink to be made correctly at this location. The customer service is average at best. There was one particular woman at the drive-thru who was quite condescending and snobby towards me. Overall, it’s not a great spot, and I only go there because it’s convenient.
I am visiting a friend in SCV, and she lives close to this Starbucks. I order a venti iced oatmilk latte with 4 shots and made with blonde espresso. They consistently always make it wrong. I never expect to have a drink made correctly from this Starbucks.The customer service is mid at best. There was this one short stubby lady who was extremely condescending and snobby to me inthe drive-thru. Not a great location and I only come here because it is convenient.
This Starbucks is quite relaxed. The only spot with chargers is at the large table by the entrance; there are usually seats available with plenty of outlets, but occasionally that table is full when I get there. The smaller tables don’t have accessible outlets. The baristas are friendly and efficient. Lines are generally short, and drink wait times are minimal.
I've consistently experienced excellent service at this Starbucks, even though it's the busiest location in the entire Santa Clarita Valley by volume. The drive-thru operates nonstop from open to close every day. While the lobby could be larger, the patio is fantastic. Great coffee!

I'm not a huge Starbucks person. I only go once in a while but it's always good and it's always fast for the amount of people they have in line every single time. The staff was polite and helpful with the me of drinks i couldn't remember the names of.
This place is exceptional! The staff knows their regular customers and always greet you with a smile. It's definitely one of the best Starbucks in town!
