I have always enjoyed this Starbucks location, but my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Last October, my uncle experienced a mix-up with his order; he received the wrong drink, and it was served cold after a wait of over 20 minutes. I thought it was a rare incident, but unfortunately, I’ve encountered similar issues myself. Last week, I ordered a latte that was so hot I had to wait five minutes to drink it, which isn't typical for a latte. I also tried the almond milk honey flat white, but it tasted as if the honey had been diluted with water and the almond milk was past its prime. Today, I ordered a flat white that was the worst I've ever had—its chalky texture reminded me of cof...
I absolutely reported this incident to Starbucks customer service. I ordered an Impossible sandwich because I haven't eaten meat in seven years. They handed me a bag with an Impossible sandwich sticker on it, but inside was a regular sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. I only realized it wasn’t the Impossible sandwich because I recognized that the bread was different—I've had it before. On top of that, I was driving for 22 hours with my dogs in the car, and I had to go inside to get them to fix the mistake. The reason I chose Starbucks in the first place was that I trusted them, and I can't go into the store because of my dogs.
I usually have a decent experience at this location. However the young lady at the drive through was very rude. I was inquiring about bring clean cups from home to the Starbucks establishment, I think that is very unsanitary for Starbucks to accept what they think is clean cups from someone house. I visited this location at 6:00 1/11/24 will not be returning again. The young lady at the drive through made my experience bad.
I order the same drink at every Starbucks location and this location somehow makes it different every time. Sometimes its too sweet sometimes its not sweet at all. Today it tastes like theres no caramel syrup, just espresso, milk, and ice. The employees are fantastic, super energetic, and kind. I just wish they’d all follow the same recipe so I can enjoy my caramel frappe.

This Starbucks is always bustling, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I consistently enjoy my coffee here. However, my only issue is that they often run out of specialty items and sandwiches. I tried to order a new drink, but they were missing the ingredients. Given the high volume of customers, it would be great if they could stock up more frequently.
I ordered an Impossible sausage because I don’t eat meat, but I received a regular sausage sandwich instead. I wasn't even offered a refund.
Had to use the restroom really bad and @4:15 am wouldn’t let me in a few min early planned on getting coffee for work but not
I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order. Seriously? No, thanks. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
