1/20/22- i went back and had the most amazing Starbucks experience ever. Swamped with work I’m getting my gears going and my coffee spills all over the place. Even a little on another customer. Not only did the customers help and understand the staff assured me that they would clean it up and gave me a free coffee. So helpful and soothing.1/17/2023 12pm- i Usually have a great experience here but today was different. I am just moving to this side of town and found this location. It was my first visit and I ordered a citrus honey mint tea my fav they were out of the peach tea bag that goes in it. I asked for them to substitute peach juice which has been offered to me in the past when I have encountered this. I was told that management does not allow this because they don’t want to start any trends. Terrible customer service especially when your establishment is out of ingredients that are required for a menu item. I usually go to other Starbucks location but was over this way decided on this location. It’s packed with employees but it’s just something always wrong. Well first they messed up my drink (had to remake it) then I asked for “extra, extra, extra, extra” caramel they never get that right. I know it’s a lot but this is what I am paying for.Then I ordered a coffee cake couldn’t eat it because it had this hard hard peace of bread on the bottom (almost broke my tooth). Yeah I think this it the last time I go to this Starbucks.

The sign on the door indicated that only the drive-thru was open on Saturday. I visited the drive-thru with my daughter, but the barista informed us that they were closed due to being short-staffed. It's unfortunate that staffing issues affect the employees who are present. I hope management at this location can address these staffing challenges, as it would ultimately benefit both the team and the customers. I left feeling disappointed.
This Starbucks is the worst. This is the second time I?ve ordered on the mobile app and they didn?t bother to make my drink at all. Mind you I?m the only person in the store at the moment. This is also the only Starbucks that makes me add and mix insweetener myself. I?m not a barista and no other location does this. *update* received my drink after waiting 20 minutes justfor the coffee to be burnt. My last visit to this location.
I am currently in this location I have never seen employees working so hard and so inefficiently I have been standing here for 25 minutes no drinks and then asked about my order just to find out it was placed incorrectly again it?s not a lack of workinghard I just can?t seem to figure out what the problem is but I will never return to this location
When I say this is the WORST Starbucks ever I mean it….the staff is extremely rude and act as if it’s my fault they’re at work. I am the ONLY person currently in the store for FIFTEEN minutes and no one has uttered a word to say hello or ask what I’m waiting for. I will NEVER come back.

Everytime I come in the Starbucks it's Very dirty. There's trash on the floor, the bathrooms are never clean, the trash cans in the back by the bathrooms they're always overflowing. Use the Starbucks at your own caution.Dietary restrictions: More gluten-free Mike's
