What a great experience. The coffee etc was standard Starbucks issue. The staff was again nice, energetic and engaged what was different about this one is that they allow the homeless to sit to keep warm. It felt so nice that they care and are willing to manage the behavior of the homeless folks so everyone could remain comfortable. Just one step above the average. Human kindness can be witnessed at this location.
They have coffee drinks and snacks. If reading this review is a waste of your time, you can thank Google for abusing my Google Maps data and nagging me to comment on a Starbucks we stopped at on a recent stay in Newport (when we were too lazy to walk to a proper coffee shop). Starbucks coffee: meh. Google: bad.
Although the Barista was pleasant, the downstairs tables were not clean so I went upstairs and the entire area was filthy . Crumbs and trash were everywhere and it even smelled foul. Went back downstairs only to have the air conditioner dripping on me.
Got some coffee and a latte. Cleaner inside that most Starbucks I've visited lately. I actually saw an employee wiping the counter down. They were pretty busy but didn't have to wait too long. A good stop if you need coffee. Reserva una mesa ahora
I'd give the incompetent staff of this location negative stars if I could. Mobile orders take 20 minutes plus... In mysteriously they seem to run out of cold brew every morning during the busy rush.
I ordered a strawberry açaí refresher and I was looking forward to it all weekend, but the WATERED IT DOWN so muchhh and I was so exicted for it but it tasted like sour mold. I hate this.
The staff had a very unpleasant attitude and tone. I had to make my drink three times. Please don’t take your frustrations out on me because you’re having trouble keeping up.
