The manager (I’m not sure if he is the manager, but it seems he has been working in the industry for a while. made decent drinks. But he is not good at customer service. He was condescending and unprofessional while I was politely asking him to correct the price that was mistakenly labeled for a drink in the store. “If you know how this works, you can teach me, but now I don’t,” was his line. We will never go back to this store. I know Starbucks might not care, nor might he. But still, I feel that I should let other customers know what they will be dealing with when they need coffee here.

I ordered a strawberry frappe with chocolate chips and was disappointed by the preparation. I watched as the staff member added a very minimal amount of flavor, followed by just a tablespoon of chocolate chips, and filled the cup mainly with ice. While I was waiting, the manager told her, “Next time I’ll show you how to make it right.” It felt frustrating to be served something clearly messed up. I ended up wasting $6, including the tip, on what was essentially just blended ice with a hint of flavor. This was, without a doubt, the worst drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks.

Was going to movie Tinseltown and decided to splurge on Starbucks. Nearest was target Starbucks. Worker was no where to be found for 15 min. Finally got a cashier to get her back there. Ordered cup black coffee. Left to go to movie and took a drink. Tasted warm/not hot and like it had sat all day. Horrible $4 cup of coffee Reserva una mesa ahora

I encountered the rudest employees at this Starbucks. They prepared drinks right next to cleaning chemicals, didn't make any eye contact, and showed no effort to acknowledge my order after I placed it. Additionally, they paused their work in the middle of serving a line of customers to make drinks for themselves.

I always enjoy stopping by Starbucks whenever I visit Target. There's nothing quite like a refreshing coffee or tea from Seattle's best. My kids love to grab a cake pop and greet the friendly baristas. I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location in Springhurst Target.

The manager is very arrogant and unprofessional. I noticed later that he deliberately redeemed 150 more stars after he was explaining to us that we can only redeem one reward for every purchase.
