Not helpful when trying to find out which drinks can be made vegan. Young man was quite rude,didn't want to help. Not too much for staff to know which drinks can be made vegan especially for people who have a dairy allergy too. Shame as have been served in there by lovely staff previously. The man and lady clearly didn't want to be there. Poor service. Be careful if you have a dairy allergy. Not everyone wants to drink the breast milk from another mammal. Lost custom.

Just grabbed a coffee on the way into the cinema, you get a discount with a cineworld card, we did not get any food, staff were talking with each other, Coffees arrived and we left, we were the only people in there. They don't accept Starbucks rewards and you can't pay using the Starbucks app. There is nothing to tell you this until you try to pay using the app and the staff tell you. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Place says closes at 9:30 We came all the way from Chester to have a coffee only to find out that they are closed 30 minutes before it’s close time. Disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
