I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was just awful; the staff seemed completely untrained. They struggled with making drinks and taking orders, and they seemed completely overwhelmed when it came to dealing with customers. To make matters worse, they were out of several menu items by 10 AM, which is just unacceptable. The management really needs to step up—why is there such a shortage of supplies this early in the day? They need to either order more stock or hire additional staff. It was frustrating to see employees who appeared to just stand around and not take responsibility for mistakes. Do not go here! This is my second time here and they are horrible!! They made my coffee and just had it sitting. I'm sure they called my name but I didn't hear it, so my coffee was sitting as I was standing waiting. I wasn't talking on my phone but it'shard to hear with all the noise from it being packed. (THEY NEED A MIC FOR THE PERSON CALLING NAMES. I asked twice and finallya lady said she heard my name. By this time my coffee was cold and I couldn't even ask for them to warm it because I was readyto go. All this took 43 minutes. I will never go here again!! Horrible, horrible service!!
Back in nov/2023, a worker forgot to add caramel into my caramel frappe. When I returned to say that the order was wrong and it wasn 't sweet, they got me a new one. That part is great!But the worker had to add the comment next time ask for extra pumps. But the frappe was now overly sweet, and they didn 't want to accept the fact that they just made an honest mistake the first time. Blaming someone for your own mistake is immature and unprofessional. Even if you believe it, just hold your tongue. It 's not personal.

We stopped here on our way out of Baltimore to drive home and I ordered a hot caramel apple spice. The sticker on the side of the cup is correct but the drink is wrong. The drink isn?t supposed to have coffee in it but the girl who made it put espressoin it so I can?t drink it. Because of the coffee you can?t taste any of the apple or cinnamon. Not sure if they made the applecrisp macchiato on accident. Very disappointed because I get this drink a lot and this is wrong and was wasted.
Unfortunately when you want something as simple as a black iced coffee, the present work flow there prioritizes mobile customers and their orders. Several times I?ve watched a least a dozen drinks be made before mine when I?m the only human being in thestore. The priority process needs a revamp.
I don?t come here often. They are pretty slow. My drink never came out. Many after me got theirs. When I explained, they did not say sorry. Just said, ?it got jammed. I?ll make it.? The staff seems pleasant but also like they don?t care.
It's a lovely spot inside Barnes & Noble for a peaceful work session, reading, and enjoying a nice, hot cup of coffee.

The quality at Starbucks is consistently good. However, it is quite an expensive way to enjoy your coffee.
Seevice could be faster. Went there on my trip and all 4 time waiting a long time for my drinks.
