In my five-star review, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided at the New Providence Starbucks, which is always friendly, accurate, and consistent. Terrible attendance. I felt that I suffered prejudice for being a foreigner. I placed my order when there was no other one before me, I was waiting in the pick up area, then 3 american customers arrived at different time intervals and all of them hadtheir orders promptly serviced while I still waited. Just after no one else that they started to prepare my order. It was thefirst time I went this kind of treatment and only in this store. That sad! It was ugly for the attendants because the americancustomers noticed and one of them commented. I will never go back to this store. Another detail is so dirt that was there. Obviously they don't follow the Starbucks standards.
This location and the one in Summit are easily the 2 worst Starbucks I?ve been to. It?s a real shame because these are the two closest stores to my house. I would say 2/3 times my drink is made incorrectly. Yesterday they put my drink into a smaller cupthan what I ordered and today they put it in a larger cup than what I ordered. I?m not the type to complain but it?s veryfrustrating having to go through this every morning (on top of overpaying for coffee to begin with). The Dunkin across thestreet has given me no issues and the staff is a lot more understanding and respectful so I?ll be going there from now on.
This location is always backed up and always incredibly slow. The younger baristas are always socializing and losing track of their drinks. Weekends are especially abysmal. They often turn mobile ordering off because they fall so far behind. Veryinteresting that the owner doesn?t see this as a huge lost opportunity, they clearly have more demand than they can handle andit just results in a bad customer experience.

If I could rate this a 0, I would. They messed up my order 2 times and charged me for everything. The workers were very rude and couldn't hear anything I said. I preferred a small pumpkin spice latte and they gave me a large signature iced latte. They only filled up my coffee half way and the place was very loud and you couldn't hear anything they said.
I just ordered a venti Matcha Tea Latte through Uber Eats, but the cup was filled halfway with ice. Here’s what it looked like after I took out the ice. Great job!
This is the best Starbucks. Staff is so friendly and the drinks are far superior to any other Starbucks I’ve been to. The food is always warmed to perfection!
Looks like a fun place. Employees are nice and friendly. However, it is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Garbage everywhere!
