How can you always be out of the dragon fruit tea ...take it off the menu if you don't have it.... 9 am you should not be out of anything and if you are put an out of item on the picture and take the vanilla bean mini scones out of the display case. Your prices are crazy hi but I walk away with something I didn't have my heart set on. Why do you have to see if there's any pumpkin bread available at 9 a.m. take better inventory like Walmart look on the register if you only have but so many have your register do a count down. My time is valuable I don't have time for you to check in the back every time I come. An when I end up with the pineapple tea because dragon fruit tea was out of stock bo...

My recent experience at Starbucks was frustrating. It was around 6:20 PM, and the staff was quite rude. I ordered a tall Veranda coffee and was informed that they don't serve those after 11 AM. This may just be specific to this location, as I've never encountered this at others. The person taking my order had an attitude, and I was simply ordering a coffee—nothing complex. I received a hot coffee without a sleeve or any warning about the shortage. When I requested a sleeve, the staff member said they didn’t have one and then just walked away, without any apology or further explanation. Although I have visited this location often, I will not be returning after this disappointing experience.

I loved this store! It was my home store I would go twice a day! Please FIRE Sophia! I ordered a doopio machiatto with ONLY two scoops of foam and NO MILK. How hard is that to comprehend? She brings me a cup full of milk and when I asked to remake shesaid unfortunately NO I will just give you your money back. I refused and again explained to her how simple it is to put twoshots of espresso in a cup and add ONLY two scoops of foam! She finally made it and it was good! I said ? thank you to her andsorry I really cannot tolerate so much milk ? but she didn?t say anything back rolled her eyes and almost slammed the cup on thecounter with a MAJOR ATTITUDE. Honestly this is the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. The barista was so rude to me I will never be back to this one. As I was ordering my drink she kept interrupting me and trying to tell me my total, as I was saying with ?soy milk? or etc, she interrupted me three more times before I said ?please hold on I am not done ordering my drink? and after rolling her eyes at me finally let?s me finish my order. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam which she put a Frappuccino lid on top? I could go on and on. Absolutely no tolerance for this when I?m spending $10+ on a singular drink. Staff here is rude and not helpful. Do not go to this location.

My recent visit was horrible! It was about 6:20pm and the staff was extremely rude. So I really love going to the Starbucks in the area the team is fantastic they?re very friendly very nice customer service skills are all up to par I couldn?t be happy with my experience with the Starbucks compared to many others Zack and his team are truly passionate about what they do to make their customer satisfied with their experience at this location the location is clean convenient and nothing better

I have rarely had issues at this Starbucks. It's mainly when I order a decaf and get caffeine instead. But they already replace it quickly. Besides that I have had no issues. The workers, especially, through the drive through are so pleasant. Reserva una mesa ahora

Definitely did not get what I ordered. Very little ice and no whip cream. What is the point of customizing your drink if they give you whatever they want to make. Definitely do not recommend this starbucks.
