I’m disappointed in customer service and lack of common sense or courteously. I come from a time in life when you dine in and a free brewed refill was acceptable. I ordered a latte at $6.90. A brewed coffee would have been half that price. My hazelnut latte was too sweet. I drank about half. Before leaving I asked if I could have less than half brewed coffee added to my latte bc it was too sweet. Two servers were stressed and said it would be cheaper if paid for another shot than ordering a brewed coffee. Wait…. Do you not give free refills of brewed coffee? Yes, but you didn’t order brewed. I paid for an expensive latte and they couldn’t figure out how to offer me a 1/4 cup of brewed coffee? They were intensely looking at the register to figure out how to refill a small amount of brewed coffee into my too sweet latte. Maybe someone can explain bc I don’t see the logic or customer curtesy? Am I missing something? What happened to a gracious, “sure we’ll put a little brewed coffee in your cup. Have a lovely day”. I left without bothering them any further.
