Starfish Laguna Beach

The service and servers were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The small plates and appetizers were amazing. So many great choices on the menu. Our entrees, however...not so great. My yummy sea bass was soaked in the black bean sauce, and I couldn't enjoy it. Our waiter did remove it from our check, which was great, but I would have loved to taste the sea bass. I love the vibe here!

this is a very special restaurant with GREAT food. my favorite thing on the menu (there are many close seconds) is the ramen street noodles, followed by the candy dragon prawns and all the noodles. we live in orange county half the year and visit starfish almost every week we are here!

if they like sushi and Asian fusion, this is the place for them! this is my second time here and eating is fresh and tasty! they even took me with gluten-free options. the bonus is if you have a beautiful beach to foot, just over the street and go the hotel assembly property.
