I visited State Main on a Friday night with my boyfriend, sister, and brother-in-law. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was quick. Our meals were delicious—full of flavor, fresh, and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back and recommend it. We ordered the crispy chicken burger, fish and chips (twice), chicken tenders, buffalo wings, spanakopita flatbread, Baja Brussels sprouts, and fries with dill sauce—all excellent choices. Went here for dinner with some friends. It was a summer evening so got to sit in the patio which was good! they had some specials going on. I ordered through DoorDash and got the bacon tomato soup along with a kids' chicken finger meal for my niece. The soup was quite good, and I especially enjoyed the bread that came with it—I would definitely order it again. My niece liked the chicken fingers and fries. The meal included a dip for the fries and plum sauce for the fingers. Some parts of the chicken fingers were a little tough, so she didn’t eat those pieces. We ate at State Main before catching a movie at Cineplex and ordered a tuna poke bowl, French dip, kids chicken and broccoli, and kids chicken fingers. I highly recommend the chicken fingers—they were incredibly crispy and juicy. My daughter loved the kids chicken and broccoli bowl, saying it was delicious. The meals my wife and I had were also quite good. The two virgin piña coladas were excellent as well. Overall, State Main is a great spot with reasonable prices.

Within minutes, a group of men was seated in one of the empty booths, and a nearby table—who were also expressing concerns over the cold—left to sit at another available booth. I’m not sure why we were refused a different seating arrangement, but it definitely impacted our experience. My daughter was uncomfortably cold, and the draft from the door every time it opened made our visit less enjoyable.

The server was great. The kids mac and cheese was a bit too creamy The Bang Bang Shrimp was great. The scallion and the crispy shrimp was seasoned just right The grilled Chicken Caesar was not too creamy and the chicken had a blackened finish The SpicyThai Salad didn't have that much flavor so try to order an extra side of sauce The Tuna Poke bowl was good and filling.

Love the Cajun chicken. Absolutely tasty. Only suggestion is to need a larger menu selection. It was tough finding what’s good.
