We got a chopped brisket and sliced brisket here. Both are $14 each for half pound of meat. The huge fries we got from the menu were $6 (they are more like regular size instead of huge). Elotes medium size was $6. Did not taste authentic but was good enough. Total with tax: $43.69 (Entire tray pictured in the review) Brisket was served warm not hot. That 's why I had to take one star off. Could have been much better if it was served hot. Good pop songs and good vibes in this place. String of ceiling lights gives the whole place a warm glow. Pretty good place! Stopped in randomly before looking at houses. Major perk having this place so close. Brisket and link sandwich is best of both worlds. Bun was super soft on top and toasted on the bottom. Mac and cheese was creamy and the breadcrumbs added some good crunch. Everything was hot and served fast. I didn 't use any sauce the first time up to let the meat tell its own tale, but any place that has sauce in huge dispensers is a win in my book. Only small gripe was that there were more than a few very large pieces of cartilage in the link. Like pinky nail sized. One would be fine but not four. I ordered a quarter beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey, pork belly, and a spicy sausage link. For sides, I chose the elote, mac and cheese, and made-to-order green beans. They offered three sauces: spicy BBQ (excellent!), bourbon peach sweet BBQ (my favorite!), and Texas gold mustard (which really grew on me). The meats were absolutely perfect. As a true BBQ enthusiast, I’ve been to many places only to feel disappointed. Trust me, Station One Smokehouse is the spot for me! Here are my observations: the parking area was tidy, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. And last but certainly not least, the food was amazing! I tried the brisket and ribs, both of which were incredibly tender, flavorful, and delicious. This was my second time dining at Station One Smokehouse, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The shredded chicken in sauce was the best I've ever tasted, and the beef basket offered a beautifully subtle flavor. The sides are essential—especially the Brussels sprouts with pork belly, the tater tot casserole, and the pinto beans, all as flavorful as the BBQ itself. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Visiting on a weekday is a good idea to ensure your favorite dishes are available. Highly recommended!
Second time at StationOne and was not disappointed. The shredded chicken sammich was the best I have ever had. The beef brisket was so tender flavorful. The sides are a must try. The Brussel sprouts w. Pork belly, the tatertot casserole and the pintobeans were as good as the BBQ. Friendly staff patrons. During the week you are almost guaranteed that they will not be oit ofanything you desire. Three thumbs up.
Love this place for BBQ in Plainfield. A little pricey, but we’ll worth it. Only been here a few times, but each time the food was awesome. I’ve gone with the pulled pork sandwich with hot links on it too. Cole slaw for my side to put on the sandwichand eat on the side. They have a great menu and tons of seating inside and out on their patio. Highly recommended for BBQ inPlainfield.

I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. I also ordered the maisbrot with honey butter and Mac cheese. the portions are well dimensioned. everything was fresh and very tasty. the waiting staff was very friendly and accommodating. they also have outside seats that I want to use in warmer weather. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Man! Came here today and got the brisket and pastrami. Both fire! But that pastrami is a mad man! And elote and cornbread both magnificent! Hot Damn!!! Go here and get full! The staff was friendly too!
