Visited the STAUDE with my grandma. Super nice and warm welcome and a very comfortable room. All traditional Interieur of the old Black Forest house makes it nice and warm. And the room has been very quiet although it was nearly full (on Weekends better phone before).The food was fantastic. Small 'present from the kitchen' beforehand with fresh bread and Schmalz. Lot of choice from traditional dishes and also a three different 3 course menus for about 30-38 € which is very good price. The portions are big and the taste amazing. Had beef filet (perfectly cooked) with 2 butterfly Gambas. Very nice. The salad before was super nice as well...great mixed salad with a great dressing. Espresso - ca...

The chef is on of the best in the region. He specially made for us vegetarian dishes which was not there in the menu.The veg risotto was awesome. The portions were large enough for at least 3 people. The service is prompt.The ambience is typical German - black forest type. The restaurant is neat and clean. Any one looking for veg options should visit here - though very limited options. Ample parking available.Location is on of the most beautiful.Pricing is a bit steep.Will surely come back again.

always, if I am in the black forest, I love to visit small unknown gas houses that are otherwise only visited by locals. it is a small family business where regional dishes are served.6 tables there is only a larger group would possibly have to reserve .we ate rösti, pommes, late zle pork from the region (what super tasty) salat is very good.

300 hundred years old family house turned in to small hotel with a lovely staff. It's location is far from main road so quite. If ur looking for good relaxing day close to the black Forrest this is a great option amd also the buffet for the breakfast great organic food and fresh Reserva una mesa ahora

the location surrounded by forest and meadow is very beautiful. the traditional gas house is known for classic bathroom kitchen. the tasteful quality of the food was somewhat different. the salads were fresh and crunchy, the trout very good, the menu "surf

After the hike, a place or refresh and regain strength.Featurely cooked a little curious at first the asparagus salad with strawberry and cherry tomatoes. But in the end it's typical. Eau de vie de kirche remarkable!

traditional forest restaurant... we had to join a table. had the beetle with mushrooms and was thrilled by the taste and presentation. :-) .something from the shot, but brilliant to plan a walk there.
