Stax Pancake Factory

My wife and I decided to have brunch, and she opted for the breakfast special while I chose the country fried steak. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the service was quite good, albeit slightly slow given that the restaurant wasn't very busy. However, it was still perfectly acceptable. The menu featured a variety of intriguing options, making it difficult for me to hand it back to the waiter after we ordered, but it wasn't overwhelming like some large menus can be. I had seen many negative reviews about this place, which made me hesitant to try it, but I'm really glad we did.

The first time we came to Stax, it was a quiet day. Our waiter was a younger gentleman, very polite and efficient at his job. Despite the fact that he originally brought my BF the wrong drink, it was quickly corrected with no fuss. The food was fantastic, as it has been EVERY time we've come to this establishment. The waitstaff is always kind, generous, and attentive, and the food is always delicious. ESPECIALLY the Salmon Caesar Salad!! A must try if you have not been there. We will be continuing to frequent the place until we move :

The food.... exactly what I needed. I was craving a nice sit down breakfast especially pancakes and I got exactly what I was hoping for. A nice basic comfort meal. The service was cheerful and prompt. The owner was very friendly (as any good business owner should be). No complaints but can’t say about the rest of the menu. My eggs were perfectly over easy which is a pet peeve of mine if they’re not. Will gladly return in the future.

As others have commented, this situation has been a few different restaurants in recent years. I enjoy the latest reincarnation. It serves high-quality dinner with bar drinks. I just visited yesterday and I loved the caramel apple mimosa the flavors are a warm harmony with bubbles. So far we tried the pancakes with sausage in it, burgers, pork stables and, of course, the regular stack of pancakes. Everybody was fantastic. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very delicious food. Their nutella pretzel pancakes are amazing. Very large drink selection. Their coffees are pretty good. Surprisingly they have a full bar, which allows for a unique brunch experience compared to most in the area. They also offer sandwiches and dinner style entrees such as steaks and pasta and salads in addition to breakfast fare. Service has been good every time we've gone here.

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and delicious this place was. The pancakes had a delightful homemade flavor, and the menu features organic options. I also thought it was great that they serve Himalayan pink salt instead of regular table salt. Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was friendly.

Excellent service and perfectly cooked waffles. I give it 5 stars, though I would have appreciated having turkey bacon on the menu.
