Steak 'n Shake - Reservar una mesa

Placed an order online for several items, 2 were missing when the order was delivered (chicken tenders and chili mac). Placed another order to try to get those items again. They first told the delivery person they were out of chili, then told her they did have the chili but didn 't have the noodles so they 'd 'substitute ' with fries. When I received the order they STILL MISSED the chicken tenders, and they sent just a container of chili with fries as a side (also missing the cheese on the chili). This is not the first time I 've had issued with this particular location not sending items or messing up what they do send.

Very bad treatment, they are always relaxing and they don't realize what they give you and there is a lack of food
