Charged me the wrong amount and then gave me the correction back as small change (I paid with a card... , then I waited 20 minutes before the guy to come back and ask for my buzzer and receipt. Whoops they had it done a earlier except forgot to ring it. Worst carry out experience Only giving it a second star because the seasoning salt you can buy for 2 bucks is to die for. Its sad because this is a great chain overall with fresh and unique food and there should be more good locations on the east cost.
I live this place. A variety of shakes and monster juicy burgers. They should have more of these in the DMV area but whenever I’m close I ALWAYS stop by. If you like Kit Kat, Reece’s, along with strawberry, banana, and chocolate shakes with candy in them then this is the spot. Oh yeah their burgers are good too!
After months of not coming to this restaurant because of poor management. I’m pleased with the experience now. Food was hot. Management very friendly. I told him it’s so much better then all the previous owners. This is my second visit and both times very good. 5 stars
First time visiting this location and I had never experienced this type of location where you walked up to the counter to order instead of having a waitress wait on you. The service was still great, food good and location was clean.

This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The employee, Sierra J was really nice and the food was delicious. I tried the french fries and a cookie dough shake and I was very pleased!!
Friendly staff and prompt service. S'nS has been sorely missed as our go-to when visiting South Carolina. It was a welcomed surprise to see this one was only a minor detour off our regular route.
A large banana shake, large fries, a coke, and a bacon double cheeseburger and a $2 tip final bill under $10 how is that even possible I love this place
It was just okay... it would have been better if the bungalow had roasted. Overall, the temperature of the food could have been warmer.

I usually do not eat fast food, but if I add a number 5 meal (garlic Burger) crispy onions of Steak n' Shake is hard to beat.
I stopped and tried between jobs. I've never eaten. The food was good and cheap.
