While we were waiting, my child spilled her drink and it was dripping down her arm on to her dress. I asked the cashier for a napkin and he asked his supervisor something. She was attending to other customers and told me she’d be with...me when she was finished. I just wanted a paper napkin. She gave me a long blank stare and handed me a table-wiping cloth. I was kind of shocked at how rude she was about it! So I wiped up my child and waited even longer for the food. It was taking ages until I realised the guy next to us got buzzed right after he ordered. Un fast food qui fait dans le chic.Même si les hamburgers sont fait de bons steak, ils sont trop gras. Beaucoup ventent les frites fraîches que nous avons personnellement trouvées fines, sèches et grillées. Le milkshake est bon, mais j'ai été déçue de savoir que mon mari avait de la glace et pas moi. J'ai compris quand mon mari m'a dit qu'ils étaient déjà préparés et nous attendaient sur le comptoir!Nous n'y retourneront très certainement pas vu le prix (presque 30 euros pour 2 menu et 2 milkshakes)

La première fois, c'était super pour le goûter, citronnade maison excellente et milkshake trop bon lui aussi.Deuxième fois toujours pour le 4h, accueil mal poli et meme pas de bonjour, la citronnade était moins bonne, le milkshake toujours bon.Si on avait eu l'accueil de la seconde fois en premier on y serait pas retourner.... dommage qu'une serveuse ne connaisse pas l'amabilité.

After a hectic day food and booze shopping. A perfect choice for a late lunch before returning home. It is a pre-order at the till system. Not a problem, our server understood enough English and my school boy French was sufficient to get exactly what...we needed. Great food and professional service. Now we know what this brand represents then, we will definitely visit again.

J'ai commandé des frites avec du cheddar, c'était plus des frites avec du sel que des frites avec du cheddar. J'ai bien commandé un Large et ils m'ont mis un Regular donc je vais le réclamer à la caisse (avant que la commande soit prête) et on me dit "on ne peut pas changer". Et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça se passe. Je ne viendrai donc plus dans ce restaurant.

Stopped for lunch with in Cite Europe. You order first and take any soft drinks you have ordered. You then get a buzzer for any milkshakes or food. Our order took about minutes. Burgers were nice but my milkshake was too sweet to the...point of sickly. Tables were being kept clean by staff and there were plenty of seats.

We love this place- fresh well-cooked fast food with a bit of French style. Quick service, delicious and a great menu enfant We really like the Jalopeno crunch every burger comes with fries, and a glass of wine was only Euro which is...not a bad price (and it was good wine too

Cela reste un fast-food mais les burgers sont bons (pas gros certes) et les frites fraiches maison sont excellentes...j'y retournerai juste pour elles...et le milkshake!!! Cela change des chaines habituelles que nous connaissont tous.

Lovely clean restaurant with typical menu for its typle. Only had the shake and that was delicious and reasonably priced. Serving staff were pleasant and patient with non French speakers!

Restaurant plutot fast food mais avec une qualité supérieure a la plupart, notamment dans les frites et viandes de burgers. Un choix a la carte intéressant. Et surtout un prix abordable !
