Steak-out Charbroiled Delivery

I dined there on a Tuesday and ordered a steak. When I brought it to work on Wednesday, I found it to be excessively overcooked. I raised a complaint, and they said it would be reported to management, and that I would receive a follow-up regarding my phone number. However, when I checked in the next day, I was told that because I hadn't reached out earlier, they wouldn’t address my complaint. I find this completely unacceptable. There is hope! I ordered a steak tip dinner and cheesecake at 5:45 (main meal) on a Sunday. Not only was it delivered on the promised delivery time by a very nice woman, the order was CORRECT! And everything was AMAZING!! With every short staff lately I felt like the order delivery (Steak on it) went in a limb... I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely order again! I haven't had Steak Out for 7 years since I left Illinois, I had an appetite and drove 30 miles to get something and baby. The steak was so ingenious, and the loaded baking potato is still dying. Everything was good, and the young lady who took care of my order was very professional and appreciated me as a customer. It won't take 7 years again, I just wish someone was closer.

I absolutely love Steakout! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and they even offer delivery. Owners Angie and Wally are dedicated and hardworking, and Tara L. is always incredibly kind, making every customer feel special. I really appreciate this place and the wonderful people who work here. Best food ever. I wish I lived in the delivery area. I always get the tips, medium good. The steak sauce is so good that she cured my cancer. Customer service is also really good. I have lived in the subway area for 15 years and have a consistent service, even post pandemic. Please don't close.

I’m glad I discovered Steak-Out once more! I remember enjoying it back in high school a long time ago, and I thought they had gone out of business. It was just as I remembered! I really hope they open a location in St. Louis! It was exactly what I anticipated!

Can never go wrong with the steak tips. This place has been and will continue to be, a favorite of mine.
