The food is good but my company buys from here all the time and my order was wrong today so when I called the lady was very defensive saying it's what I ordered online after I told her it wasn't several times, I told her I'd bring it back to get what I ordered and she said she'd throw it away. I really love the food on this place but; the way they change everything including on service is a joke. Once the pandemic started they changed their menu from having a lot of great things to a few things. Also, the way you order. This is the worst bbq I’ve tried ever!!!! Ordered the brisket platter super dry with no flavor the sides bbq beans and coleslaw tasteless drove from Chicago so so disappointed Gematos in worth il is better Chucks in Burbank is descent Leon’s in Chicago on Archher Ave is great sells out early though Smoque on the Northside of Chicago is truly the best
Edit back in town for the day. Stopped in to say hey and Johnny is at the counter. Brisket sandwiches are better than I remember. Stop in today and make your mouth happy. Johnny and his crew are top notch. Love the burnt ends. Best brisket in town!

Messed up our order and the two people in front of us. Had to go back which resulted in cold food. No apologies, no refund, just an oh well. Had high hopes based on the reviews but won't be going back.

Not a fan of the cornbread. The “BLT” was fine. Ribs are okay too.
