Steel And Rye - Reservar una mesa

Met two friends for dinner and drinks. Ver nice atmosphere, good spacing b/w tables and parties. It was a cold night and one of doors at the entrance was open which created a significant draft. We shared the apple salad (which they divided in the kitchen, nice touch), which was quite crunchy and somewhat odd in taste. Chicken Fried Mushrooms which were crunchy but flat in taste, even with the dip. Side of roasted eggplant that was ok but better when added to the kale pizza. Pizza was good with chewy/crisp crust, particularly good as pizza goes in Boston. Service was excellent and would try again when in the area.

It’s very pleasant cozy atmosphere for such a large space. You definitely need to feel a little more edgy about your breadth of food. Not lots of choices, but I like that their chef has a slightly more limited menu. Pizza is amazing. Delicious cocktails. A tiny pricey? But they use some unusual ingredients. We both found our meals way too salty but service was superb. Like, exceptionally appropriately attentive.

Such a great place...management seems to be top notch, servers are cheerful and knowledgable about the menu (the pizza is outstanding) and the bartenders are professionals in their craft! Looking forward to returning this summer and enjoying the outdoor patio!

I was expecting Sunday evening to be quiet but it was very energetic. The service was excellent and gracious, the food very good the ambiance as well.
