The best Italian restaurant around. With so many Italian restaurants in the area, Stella Ristorante stands out as the best. My father has been going there since the 60's and he still goes today. Myself and my family pick to go to Stella's for our special occasions and also whenever we want to go out and eat Italian. I have never had a bad dish. My favorites are the chicken rollatini dinner as well as the breaded pork chop dinner. You would never think that an Italian restaurant has good breaded pork chops but they do and they are great! Though Stella’s in Floral Park has now closed, it will always be remembered. For years, it consistently offered exceptional food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, becoming a beloved institution in my family. Got to try this restaurant a few months ago and it was a great experience to the fresh amazing food to the great service and the old school Italian atmosphere it was a great place to dine and very sad they will be closing there doors soon please visit before they do you will have the best experience! Been coming here for many years. I understand the restaurant is closing but that's no reason to rudely ignore customers. I called to place a take out order, nobody answers. So I drive there and they tell me there are no take out orders. Waste of time, no apologies. Good riddance Stella's. Service: 1
Celebrated my aunt's bday here. We had about 27 people. Stella's was so accommodating and the service was great. We loved the family style appetizers, bread and salad and the entrees were delicious...big portions too, plenty to take home. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
The Bartender is indifferent to people who he doesn't know, instead of welcoming them, especially a Veteran. You should conduct yourself as if you own the restaurant.. An extension of what makes the dining experience 5 Stars. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
