Having grown up in Quebec I have a love for French cuisine. For me a trip to France is heaven on earth, the baguettes, cheese, amazing wine and salmon, is everything a French Canadian girl dream of, but I found so much more than I could have ever hoped for in this hidden gem. We're going at least twice a year and it's always as good. welcoming the simple and accessible patronage, the boss and the service staff are in the same spirit, which is not always the case of this kind of restaurant...especially dijon! We're always having a nice time and our taste buds!
We were marvelled from the beginning to the end of the meal by the presentation of the dishes, their flavors, their fineness. Everything was perfect and we were delighted. The welcome, the service was very pleasant with a particular mention for our server that comes from kosovo!

still a great dinner at mr derbord, servers on the top and a welcome of mme derbord very friendly. It's really for me the best dijon. We don't get tired of it!
