Our Dinner at Origine was just incredible!! We had the vegetarian menu which came with three Courses and four additional intermediate courses. Each course was presented absolutely wonderful and tasted as fantastic. We really liked the fusion of local produce and a touch of asian cuisine. The time between all courses was perfectly chosen. As well as the food the service and introduction of the dishes were top. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. The ambience is minimalistic and modern and we felt really comfortable. we chose the restaurant a little by chance, drawn by the attractive map. We had the surprise to see that the leader had just obtained his deserved first star. We went there at noon and ordered the surprise menu. the three dishes that made this menu were excellent, well balanced, quite copyy. excellent mouths accompanying the aero. the chief, very friendly came to greet us at the end of the service. beautiful discovery

Called at last moment and lucky to obtain a table. Lovely welcome to a very upmarket restaurant.Astonishing standard of cuisine (wine list needs studying in advance) but sommelier makes good choices.Had the ‘suprise ‘ menu which was so very fresh and vibrant. The chef came round after service which is a lovely touch and it was an honour to meet him .

We had a superb multi course dinner here on January 07,2020. Each dish was carefully, beautifully, and deliciously prepared with top-flight ingredients. The sommelier's advance was superb. If you are in Dijon and enjoy fine food, do not miss this place!
