Stonefire Grill

I loved Stonefire Grill, but in recent years the quality has gone down. Almost every time I make an order, it ends wrong and I have to send it back or something is missing. Tonight I ordered a salad for din and a tri-tip menu to go. At first they brought my To-Go meal and I asked about the din in the meal. You said it was out. It turns out that they forgot it, and I had to remember it twice because they forget it again. While waiting for my salad, I checked my togo order, and they forgot the side of the Maische Potatoes and the Tri-Tip was almost all fat, so they had to return and brought me my side of the Maische Potatoes (I had to follow with them twice the missing Maische Potatoes) I talked to the manager and he was very apologetic and I appreciate it. However, this does not diminish that their operations are terrible.

So incredibly delicious, can?t say enough! We ordered their baby back ribs, Tri Tip, pesto pasta, and a super yummy carrot cake to share. They were all so amazing. The restaurant seemed clean for the most part staff were very attentive. Both indoor outdoor dining areas are open with necessary COVID protocols.

1st let me say we have been here many times now and everytime its always great food but there is always always some sort of mistake with our order.
