Staff very friendly. We were provided an English menu and our waitress also spoke English which was very useful as we don't speak German or French. We had rosti, sausage and onion sauce with a mixed salad. The rosti dish was very salty, but we find most restaurant food more salty than we are accustomed to. For dessert, we had sachertorte which was very nice. For me, the best thing was the setting of the restaurant on the water's edge which was lovely to look across at the end of the day. We were able to watch the ducks, coots, swans and cygnets.

Returning to the interlacen after the whole day, the need for to move and move the views of the lake, mountains and forests. But what was strongly positively surprised. "Guialny ! The weight, the price for this taste, is different than in all restaurants, 10 ice rinks after 2. cappuccino 4.60 fr, and pyszna kawa macchiato for 5.20. 60 francs for 2 x zanderfischknusperli with just enjoyable "bärner frittes" (so "chrüsi müsi" I would never raise my guests!) and two 2dl soft drinks we find as a massive overcrowded price. we avoid this locally in the future.

The view was really amazing, but the food not so good. Strange policy: you cannot share your portion, if you are 2 people. Also charging for water (even hot) is mauvais ton.

We took the 4-course menu that was very good is inexpensive. trout mousse and bettrave redcapuccino beef boletsteak, homemade fries and vegetables dessert à la carte
