The restaurant is beautiful and well-maintained, but some of the staff are not as friendly. For the second time, a rude girl made us feel unwelcome by telling us to leave because it was close to closing time. This also happened the first time we visited. Last Saturday, when we entered at midnight, the same girl said something in her native language to my Romanian friend, causing us to leave immediately to avoid further confrontation. I'm disappointed because I liked the restaurant, but if the staff continue to be unfriendly and unhelpful, we won't be returning.
We came here for the bottomless brunch back in August and it was so fab I’ve recommended it to numerous friends who have all been and all agree! You can pick either a pizza or a couple of tapas style dishes along with bottomless prosecco, **** Mary’s, aperol sprits etc. And my god do you get your moneys worth!! the portion sizes were fabulous and the drinks really were bottomless- unlike a lot of places you go to where they only give you two drinks in the two hours. The staff are really friendly and the food is amazing!! I’ll definitely be going back!
The atmosphere is lovely at this restaurant, and the service is top-notch. I have been here multiple times and have never been let down. Stratos has a large pizza option, or you can choose from three delicious sharing starters (larger than tapas) along with unlimited prosecco or select drinks for £25. I have nothing but praise for this restaurant in terms of ambiance, service, and food quality.
Went in as I’d seen TripAdvisor and we were in that area Lunch visit but we were the only ones in there which is a bit off putting really We had the tapas menu and it was just OK. Just seems like its missing the mark somewhere Squid was a lot of batter Nachos the cheese had solidified on top Prawns were good if not a touch salty Friendly staff But won’t return

Came with 3 friends that I live with for bottomland brunch, if I’m honest the food was average but the service from Lewis’s was exceptional, he really Made sure we felt welcome and didn’t leave us without a drink, it’s a shame there isn’t more veggie and vegan options on the menu but what we did eat was good. The service definitely made the experience for us.
I have been here afew time and I really enjoy the atmosphere, the food is beautiful but the cocktails are even better! the skills of the barmen and women are fully on display. I love to watch them at work making so many cocktails at a time, making sure everyone gets served quickly but also to the best of their ability. It never fails to impress.
Underwhelming Disappointed. Service was non existent. It was 20 min before we received a drink and that was after flagging someone down. Meals arrived before drinks. Meal was cold and in a puddle of congealed lamb fat Lamb was tough. Duck was lovely. Wines overpriced.
A few friends and I went out and had a beautiful evening and a tasty dinner at Stratis Very helpful and nice staff ,they make you feel so comfortable Food is tasty and really nice plate arrangement The restaurant looks very nice and European

We had a wonderful night out at Stratos Preston, a very modern venue. The rhubarb and ginger ale was fantastic, and the Peroni on tap was lovely. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all.
