Studio One Fitness

Started studio one about two years ago and with Mike’s guidance and diet plan I lost tons of weight and was in the best shape of my life at the age of 51. Then the pandemic happened and I kept every restaurant open! LOL. I have now started back up and I can’t wait to be back in the amazing shape I was. Again because of Mike’s guidance and workouts.

Excellent experience at Studio One Fitness. The owners take pride in fitness and working out. The gym is clean and welcoming. I enjoyed my first workout with Danielle. Looking forward to getting in shape with Studio One Fitness' help! Their equipment is modern and just what I was looking for!
