Omg I was so hungry I ordered on line at this location the order didn't make it to the store I called my bank they said YES SUBWAY TOOK 20.06$ FROM ME I went back to let my bank talk to the cashier but she didn't believe me so I had to get my statement from the online bank that I bank with took it back up there to prove I wasn't lying the manager is gone and they can't do anything till the next day so basically I'm out of dinner and 20 dollars I'm so passed an upset I'm never coming back to this subway again ?!!!! its been an Update I just looked at my account and my money is refunded back it was 20.09 thank you for my money back ill give u another star for that!!!!!!!
irritating place to go. we have been loyal customers for several years. there is a new hired, now he seems to think it is a preschool. he joked all the time before he wrapped the sandwich of my daughter, he made another person. I was in a hurry, but he continued. my daughter won't even go back there when we left last time, he told the people when they went in, we're closed. I know he's young, but he was old enough to rent. it'll take time to get back.
I called the restaurant and the woman who answered didn’t even say "Subway," which was quite confusing. I was at the medical center with my wife when I placed my order. Unfortunately, she didn’t let me finish speaking and hung up on me. As a result, my order was incorrect. I found her behavior very unprofessional. The sign clearly states that they are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. It's currently 7:20 AM, and I can see the employee inside, busy with his tasks. I even called to see if he would acknowledge me, and he did look up but chose to ignore me and continued with whatever he was doing instead of coming to the door. I have to be at work by 7:30, so it looks like I'll be going hungry until lunch.
It's Subway, so you know what to expect. Overall, this chain needs a significant update, not just this particular location. The staff here can be inconsistent; however, since the owner was present during my visit, everyone seemed to be on their best behavior. I have to mention that this location is generally better than average when it comes to cleanliness.
