The quality at Subway is outstanding and the convenience is a definite plus. The dining area is always clean, which is impressive for a fast-casual spot. While the service can be a bit slow during peak hours when the line gets longer, the overall experience is very positive. You can always rely on receiving a well-crafted sandwich, never one that looks messy with clumps of lettuce or anything like that, thanks to the varied menu options.

The customer service at Subway was disappointing. I would like to file a complaint with the owner. The employee was wearing a mask improperly, rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to wear a hat, and was not wearing his name tag.

Ruby, Kacie, and Jose were exceptional! Ruby provided a detailed tour and went out of her way to help me. This is the best Subway I've ever visited!
The staff is outstanding... Just bring back the Swiss cheese, and I'll gladly give you those 2 missing stars!
