This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. They close whenever they want without updating their hours on Google. I arrived at 8 PM on a weekday, and although the official closing time was 8:30 PM, the employee refused to open the store, claiming she had permission from her manager to close early, which was false. The staff are very rude, and their service is extremely poor. Considering the menu options, I expected better treatment, but it seems that's what you get from employees earning $15 an hour.
I truly appreciate Subway. The young staff members are consistently friendly, and many have been with the restaurant for years. You have the freedom to pile on as many vegetables as you like on your sandwich, which is fantastic. The establishment is clean and recently renovated, enhancing its allure. They also offer clean restrooms for patrons, adding to the overall positive experience. Plus, the menu has a great variety to choose from!
I really enjoy Subway. The young staff are always friendly, and many have been working here for years. You can always request extra vegetables on your sandwich, and they’re happy to accommodate. The restaurant is clean and has been recently remodeled, which makes it even more pleasant. They also provide clean restrooms for customers.
The girl who prepared my tuna sandwich barely added any tuna and didn’t make eye contact with me at all while making it. She was also very slow. There was no customer service or work ethic displayed. Please improve.

Every time I order from this Subway through DoorDash, my sub is never toasted. Additionally, the portions are quite small. It seems the young staff here find it amusing to play around with customers' orders.
The employees at Subway really need to be retrained, as it seems they don’t care about their jobs or customer service.
