This is undoubtedly the best Subway I have ever been to. The service during the Wednesday morning shift on December 13th was exceptional, even better than what I've experienced at places like Chick-fil-A. The sandwiches were generously made and the ingredients were top-quality, particularly the fresh avocado. I usually encounter the piping bag of guacamole, so this was a delightful surprise. To top it off, the manager personally shook my hand and thanked me for my visit. My fiancée and I truly felt welcomed, and we will certainly return when we have another $40 to spend on meals – it was worth every cent!
When I came into this facility I was right away greeted in the most respectful way. Ordering was a breeze! Tried the new Baja chicken bacon sandwich on a herbs and cheese bread, with a bit of chipotle sauce. It was VERY delicious, the manager gave meand my coworkers cookies on the house! Bathrooms were super clean! Usually the subways I go to have very rude workers and thisone,not one person was rude to me. Their customer service is completely amazing! I highly recommend this subway. ???? how I wishother subways could have service like this
I would like to thank Peter for the outstanding customer service he provided during my visit. I entered the restaurant with my newborn daughter, overwhelmed and juggling several items, and he promptly helped me by bringing over a high chair and serving my drink at my table. Peter was incredibly kind and attentive, truly one of the nicest people I've met. He made my day brighter. Thank you, Peter, for proving that there are still gentlemen in the world!
I was in the area working for a week, and from the first day I went to this location it was nothing but excellent customer service. I was served by the owner and I must say he was just an absolute gentleman. Staff was great, location was clean, andservice was quick. I?d place my order online before I arrived and everyday they?d have my order ready for me. I would highlyrecommend giving this place a shot!

We don't usually get Subway but my kid was dying for a meatball sub. We walked in and they both greeted us so warmly! The people here seemed genuinely happy to help us. They were speedy and our orders were accurate. The owner/manager (I assume) was so nice and he even threw in a cookie for my toddler for free, just because! We will be making this our #1 Subway location!
We got cookies with out sandwiches? The staff was nice. They greeted us upon walking in. They asked how much of each item we wanted. How much mustard , lettuce etc. The bread was soft and fresh. The veggies were fresh. Only down side they don?t honorcoupons. But $20 for two footlongs and it was all fresh. Sounds good to me. Thanks for the great food.
The staff at this Subway location was fantastic! They welcomed me with warmth, offered attentive service, and gave great recommendations, making my experience enjoyable. Their teamwork and friendly attitude created a lovely ambiance. I will certainly be back for the sandwiches and the excellent service!
They do not honor coupons. No signs. Only after they made my sandwich and I presented a coupon for a $5.99 Footlong, did they say ?We do not honor any coupons at this location.? Spent $12.00. Last time I ever patronize this store. Lost a customer andmaybe more Bad business.

The staff are very friendly, asking thoughtful questions and getting straight to the point without sounding generic. This Subway in Sacramento is one of the best! I wish other Subway locations and fast food chains would take note. Great job, Subway!
