I ordered online for my husband to pick up, but two items that I paid for were missing. It's completely unacceptable. While the receipt was accurate, the bag did not contain everything we ordered. Additionally, we requested our sandwiches to be toasted, but they weren't. It would be helpful for this Subway location to let customers know that online orders might not be prepared as requested. I also tried to call to address my concerns, but the phone number goes to a full voicemail box that can't accept messages. This experience has made me decide not to order from this store again.
This Subway location lacks adequate facilities for families. There are no highchairs available, and the tables are only suitable for groups of up to four. The staff member who assisted us was unfriendly and dismissive, making us feel like we were an inconvenience just for placing our order. Additionally, there are no restrooms for customers, forcing us to rely on other nearby restaurants for that need. We will not be returning to this Subway.
I went to Subway specifically for pastrami sandwiches, but they no longer carry pastrami. This location continued to offer it long after other locations stopped, which is why I used to travel 16 miles out of my way to come here. Instead, I ended up going to Mission Burrito. I would have spent $30 on lunch if I had been able to get my pastrami.
The food was good, but I probably won’t eat here again because I need a restroom to properly wash my hands after working at the horse stables. While I usually manage to clean up well, sometimes a little residue remains. Hopefully, I didn’t cause much contamination.
