A good subway with fresh food, easy parking, nice staff BUT the guy who manages it has zero clue about customer service. If you're wanting to run a customer service based business, you need to know how to deliver in that regard. YOU are the person setting the standard for your store. Atleast greeting customers would be a start, and not speaking to your staff poorly in front of customers, or otherwise. The staff look like they are on eggshells frankly, which is sad as they are all competent and really lovely, it's actually embarrassing to see (this is coming from a retail manager). I continue to go here as its convenient the staff otherwise are very nice, but eh I think I might give it a miss...

Ordered two footlongs and a salad bowl on the APP. After getting them home we find the footlongs completly wrong and the salad looked like it was shot out of Homer's makeup gun. So we ring up and drive 10mins back to the shop. Word of warning, you're not allowed to be disappointed with a completely butchered order here, oh no, you have a bad attitude if your not happy. Just sit tight while the english bloke takes an eternity to redo the food then drive back home. Open your meal for the second time and ol' mate forgot the cheese. Making a sandwich from an ingredients list printed on the APP is beyond this bloke.

I wanted to share my 'customer service ' experience today at Subway Aberfoyle Park SA. I was served by Mia whom I was very impressed with! She had a lovely disposition, constant smile was very personable. She made my Pizza sub to perfection had a good conversation with me about healthy eating options habits. She seemed very customer focused evidently had pride in what she was doing her job! Well done Mia! ...Keep up the great work honey, it is appreciated noticed! And, well done also Subway AP for hiring such great staff!

Went here on a whim after shopping. Ordered a six foot sub that was put together by a new starter. The manager clearly has not explained food safety as i had to let the girl know that the food was not warm enough, after not asking if it was to be fresh or toasted. After the manager finally got their act together they talked her through food safety. New starters need to be mor eproperly supervised. Wont be back.. No poor judgement on the girl making my food more on the management not providing adequate training.. Reserva una mesa ahora

This review is for the young lad who served us today. He was too busy for us to go back and catch his name, but he had an English accent. It was absolutely flat out at Subway but he kept his cool and was extremely polite and patient. It was so nice to see someone take such pride in his job and provide such good customer service.

The restaurant has just opened, so the staff is obviously quite new, which is understandable. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your order. They are all friendly and do their best to provide good service.

i had amazing service from a girl called Shayla (i think?? , her name tag said she was new. she carefully made me the best subway i’ve ever had! she’s deserves some praise, she did a great job.
