Visit here fairly often with my fiancé. Staff always friendly and helpful and make the experience very pleasant. They were busy with collection orders but still didn’t make us feel rushed and took their time with our meals. Both myself and partner are vegetarians and the staff always ensure they put new gloves on when asking for the vegan options. Every time we visit manager greets us with a smile and has a quick chat with us while our meals are being prepped. Very impressed.
I recently visited the Subway on Stourport Road and found it to be one of the best Subway stores I've been to in the Midlands. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was top quality. Everything tasted fresh and was made exactly how I wanted it, despite being a picky customer. I would highly recommend this Subway on Stourport Road as it surpasses its competitors in the area. Thank you for a great experience!
I needed platters for an event. Kal assured me he could arrange what I needed and was true to his word! All (quite extensive) dietary requirements were catered for, with some items even individually wrapped and named. Everything was fresh and enjoyed by all. Kal made it really easy to arrange and we’ll definitely return.
It is a shame that when forced to explain that you have a chronic condition and there is an immediate need to use the toilets, the three members of staff relied on one to repeat 'for customers only ', when there are just two teenage girls sat in the place. This restaurant is perfect for a quick meal on the go! The staff member who assisted us was incredibly accommodating and generous with our order. We requested a large order and he didn't hesitate at all. Keep an eye out for Kal Verdi, he's the boss and the mastermind behind the operation!
I don't even know where to begin! The staff was so rude and grumpy. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. It was quite shocking to see. I will definitely be going to the other Subway location from now on. They don't deserve my business.
I can't have gluten, so the guys are always understanding and get everything fresh from out the back for me to avoid cross contamination. Friendly and professional.
