I love Subway because everyone there is so friendly and genuine. This morning, the girl took the time to make sure my pizza was prepared exactly how I wanted it, and you could tell she truly cared that I would enjoy my food. I always make sure to tip when I leave Subway. Please remember to tip the staff at Subway—they definitely deserve it. They’re not just putting together a sandwich; they’re making every order fresh, just the way you want it from their menu.
While traveling through Wisconsin on my way back to Texas, I stopped for a quick bite at a Subway. I was served by a man named Julio, who was incredibly nice, helpful, and personable. He made an excellent sandwich! It's amazing how much better a meal tastes when someone genuinely cares about their job. Julio truly understands the essence of customer service. Great job, Julio! Food here is up to all Subway standards, I always count on good food when going to any Subway. The staff here is upbeat and friendly, near my place of business and a good bet when you don't pack a lunch. Very busy at regular lunch time.
The staff at this restaurant truly deserve a raise. I've never encountered better customer service. The employees who were working on the night of July 22nd are the reason I will definitely return to Subway. They did an outstanding job.
