As a person who likes to eat at Subway, I will absolutely never visit a Subway again. I was there yesterday with my girlfriend and we sat down at the entrance to charge our cell phones. The plan was to wait for our friend and break our fast at Subway. But the employee cheekily grumbled at us and said we weren't allowed to charge our cell phones if we weren't customers. We then told him that we were going to buy something here straight away and that we were waiting for a friend. Together with another older employee, the man threw us out of Subway. I am a customer, can't I wait for my friend and charge my cell phone in the meantime? Do I have to order something as soon as I enter the store eve...
Owner is arrogant and rude. He has no knowledge whatsoever of what a real subway is. We have been to several subways around the world including Switzerland itself in Geneva and we have always found products that subways do. However, the owner is not aware of what subway is and told us that here in Lugano it is like this... just as he has set it up. Lack of products. Very few choices... 2 types of bread of your choice, 2 sweets. Vegetables in the trays don't look good... they look like they were recycled from last day. I strongly advise against it!!!!!!
I always love subway sandwiches. It’s new restaurant in Lugano . Before that I always used to eat McDonald’s Lugano because I am vegetarian so when ever I wants to eat vegetarian burger I always go there. But this time I select subway. It was amazing . Nice ambiance. Helping staff. Fresh food . I love it . Must try .
