I work very close to Subway on Centennial and I have ordered on several occasions becuase they are so close to where I work. I order it online so it will be ready for pickup when I get my 30 minute lumch break. They have messed up my order almost ever time. I ordered a chicken salad on 12/8/2023 and it was totally wrong I requested lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoe, olives, pickles and I got no lettuce, olives, pickles and they put peppers on it which I did not request. The last couple of times when I have ordered for some of my coworkers they messed it all up as well. I will no longer order or recommend the Centennial subway. I have given them multiple time to get it right and they can't...
This is the worst Subway that I have ever been to! If you ask for extra vegetables, they seriously will add two more pieces. They skimp on the meat and cheese, even when you know how much is supposed to go on a sandwich. They don't use gloves and their employees have some attitude problems. The floor also looks like it has never been washed since it has opened. It has that greasy/shiny look to it, and I worried that I would fall due to it being dirty and slippery.
I would give fewer stars if I could. The bread has been hard during my last two visits. Yesterday, I ordered a BLT, and when the server asked what I wanted on it—mayo, peppers, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper—I assumed it would include the basics. But to my surprise, I received a sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes at all! I definitely won’t be returning; I’d rather make the drive to another place.
The lady working doesn’t even acknowledge people coming in and lets us sit there for 30 mins without saying a single word to us then when she does say somthing she says “it’s gonna be a while” this place is horrible go to a different subway.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly disrespectful. The individuals working on February 26, 2024, around 8 PM should be dismissed immediately. They were unacceptably rude and spoke negatively about customers while behind the counter.
Maddie made my sandwich and she made it perfectly. Very friendly and super fast! Thank you for the excellent customer service Maddie!
Stopped at 8:25 pm to be told sorry we 're closed when the sign outside says 9pm. Why? I don 't really get it.
It wasn't the best, but it was quite good. Definitely not the worst meal I've ever experienced.
