This location has no sense of urgency. When I arrived, there were no staff located within the physical restaurant. After standing there briefly, and admittedly contemplating going elsewhere, finally some woman yelled angrily across the Student's Union Building that there was customers waiting, and a member of staff appeared from the back who was there the whole time! It was distressing to watch, because as students, we only have a brief gap between classes to eat, so this held a few of us up... and expectantly this location, being in the SUB, should've been staffed and prepared for their lunch rush. Ordered a six pack of cookies and the establishment didn’t even have a box for them. I asked for a water cup and they didn’t have one either. The cookies were rock hard and tasted odd and completely different from normal subway cookies. The service was horrible and the employees were more focused on talking with each other than helping a customer. Unedible food, poor consumer accommodations and mediocre service. Food: 1
I paid for my order using a credit card, but when their POS system malfunctioned, they asked me to pay again! When I explained to the staff and manager that I felt uncomfortable paying a second time because the charge had already gone through, I was made to feel like I was trying to get a free meal. I found this very disrespectful. The customer service was terrible, and I will NOT be coming back. Service: 1
I was planning to get food from the Subway at the Student Union, but I witnessed the manager yelling at her employee, making it seem like she was bullying them. After that incident, I decided to go to Edo instead. I truly believe that the Subway in the Student Union building needs a new manager who treats their staff with respect.

HEALTH VIOLATIONS DO NOT GO HERE! Went there today and the glass where veggies are was literally covered and crawling with fruit flies major infestation! found woman working there looking through veggies and throwing out pieces of veggies with either dead flies or white dots on them, I walked out.
I was so mad at those old nasty aunts are who work here are both extremely rude/ nasty. So improper undertrained employees, laugh on the customers in front of my face, disguised customers, owner should think about your profits in long term for hiring those workers.
There was a long line, and I had to wait at least half an hour in the morning. Food: 4/5, Service: 2/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
The old female worker is extremely rude, or a racist to other skin tones. Watch out for her when you buy Subway here.
