As I was leaving, the employee returned, and I asked, "Are you going to fulfill my DoorDash order?" She simply said, "No." I had to inform the customer who was waiting for their order that the employee wouldn't be preparing it, and they responded, "Sorry for bothering you." It was clear something had gone wrong, as I was the third DoorDash driver trying to pick up this order. While I waited in the parking lot on hold with DoorDash to cancel, a man went inside, and I warned him about the situation. He must have received service since he took a while to come back out.

Attempted curbside at this location twice. I think I am done. Average of 20 minute wait PAST the 20 they give to actually make your order (one sandwich, in my case). This last time, 5 minutes AFTER I was notified my sandwich was ready for pick up, aworker came out and said they didn't have my bread. Subway is trying to stay relevant, but at 11 dollars for a poorly madesandwich...and two failed curbside pick ups....no thanks, I am done.
I visited Subway tonight for lunch and was served by a young man named Gavin who was working solo. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions, recommended an amazing sandwich, and stepped up impressively despite being left to handle everything on his own. I've never seen someone work so hard while being so knowledgeable and friendly. Gavin truly deserves a raise!
So I came in tonight for a lunch and found a young man named Gavin hard at work by himself. When I tell u this guy was kind, courteous and so professional. Answered my questions recommended the most amazing sandwich and stepped up to the plate afterbeing abandoned by his Co workers. I have never seen a young man work this hard be so knowledgeable and kind. He DESERVES ARAISE

The restaurant has added 12 new sandwiches to its menu, which might be amazing, but I have a particular fondness for the chicken bacon ranch, which unfortunately isn't included. Thankfully, that's not an issue since you can customize your order, and I still thoroughly enjoy the food.
The restaurant was closed on Friday evening at 7:30 PM, even though the sign said it would be open until 9 PM. I really miss the good old days when places stayed open later; I remember when Metro used to be open 24 hours!
This Subway is a standard location situated in a strip mall, so you know what to expect. There is plenty of parking available. Unfortunately, the public restroom is not very pleasant and could use better maintenance.

Clean. Nice and friendly staff. They had a bunch of online orders but where still getting things done quickly.
